I’m considering the Passat Alltrack with the DSG. In Sweden they come with either a 170hp diesel or a 211hp gas engine, so, even if it’s not as good as the Golf, it still got some umpf. I appreciate the video!
Awesome video man. Got a question if you dont mind. Do you have to be at a full stop to shift modes (say from sport to drive) or can you do it while driving around?

Heya! By the way what do you think of thr VW Gold R, Im from England and if you fully spec up the VM Golf R then it can cost aroun £43,000 which is VERY expensive for a golf.
@ProudPoppin You can do either. If you are not wanting to slow down in order to speed up again – like in the Apex of a corner, you simply let the DSG downshift on it’s own (at a red light for example). It will gradually do it in tiptronic mode… It will “dramatically” Downshift in Sport… almost immediately as you take your foot off the accelerator (it thinks you are coming into a corner racing and knows you want to get grip and accelerate out of the corner)!?

After you stop, yes. Some say if there is no load on the engine you can do it. But it will immediately stop shifting like normal and go all the way up to the RED LINE before changing. And it sounds louder too!
I have a question. While riding the D, whether it can be transferred to S ?
