@zLOSTNOMOREz One guy also a friend of my dad in Big Stone Gap had a 67 Hemi GTX, I think he sold it due to his wife had cancer but is still an avid mopar guy, he gave me a nice joyride in a 69 383 4 speed roadrunner he had it was a blast. NorthEast Tennessee and SW Va is a hotspot for mopars, just got to find em, and have alot of dough. Yep that hemi cuda is a gem tho, that feller got it new, and he was young when he got it.

@zLOSTNOMOREz It is still in his possession, I heard a guy from barrett jackson offered 5 million for it and he turned them down, I know the fellers name but wont say it, my dad had a polariod of it from the front, now there was a guy down there that had a 71 GTX 440-6 that supposedly the cops burnt up one night cause he was always running from them and couldnt catch him and they went to his house and burnt it to the ground. I reckon that guy and his brothers still fool with the rr and gtx’s.

@zLOSTNOMOREz If you are refering to Lee County, the yes you would be correct as in there is a Hemi Cuda down there but the motor hasnt been swapped, it is pretty much Identical to this car in the video except I dont think it has a vinyl top, but it is a yellow, silver shaker, 4 speed car, and its not in a barn its been garaged stored, its pretty much stock I think, I do know it has a deep sump milodon oil pan on it, dad used to race his 70 340 with the guys down in Dot, the car was bought new,

@zLOSTNOMOREz Great story, I’d have to find those cars if I were you ;)

  10. zLOSTNOMOREz says:

@samspace81 South West VA,30 miles from the KY State line, not west Virgina.

Story goes that a guy who owned a 70 Hemi Cuda back in the day swapped motors with a guy who owned a 69 440 6 pac RR years ago.Now both cars are parked in barns a few miles apart with the hemi n the RR and the 6 pac in the cuda. I really dont think the guy who told me this would lie about it.
