They really look great in that color. It’s cool that your Dad has the early production mode. Thanks for checking this one out!

My dad owns the same car same color but is an early 59 before the galaxie option came in mid 59 so instead of having galaxie script in rear quarter panels it has fairlane 500 they only made about 2500 before the galaxie opton come i was told by a collector that the early 59 are more desired than the ones with the galaxie option

  9. RamblinAround says:

I’ve always like the Apaches and the Cameos as well. I’ll see if I can find one for you. I haven’t seen one recently, but the inventory is always changing at these places.

What are the odds of you doing a video of a 1959 Chevrolet Apache ? I own one and retro modding it. It is a Pick-up Truck sure you knew that. Mine is a 3/4 ton Thanks bro!!!

When I was a child in the seventies my mom and dad had one of these except it was not a convertible. It was the same color and in just as good of shape. We would cruise from Ks to OK to see my grand parents and I would talk my mom into going faster and faster until we hit about eighty.

  17. ROCKBANDVonAmp says:

That Fairlane is so nice!!! Looks like they had a lot of nice cars! That’s awesome. We gave it a thumbs up. For a guy who’s “Ramblin Around” you’re becoming a great reporter!!! Thanks for the congrats on the 2,000 subs – that was so cool. You’re almost there too! Can’t wait to see it!

Believe me, if they get a nice Cuda in, I”ll film it. I’m a big fan of Challengers and Cudas.

  21. RamblinAround says:

@wolfsheadoil Yeah, I uploaded another video of a skyliner, but it was a corral colored one. It wasn’t near as nice as this one.

  22. Astronaut14 says:

Superb vidoe of the 1959 Ford Fairlane, they sure knew how to build cars in those days. 5*****

Beautiful car I seen a few restored Fords up here at shows. Too bad they didn’t keep the style for a few more years. One of my favorite Fords I have a model of the same car with the working top.Pontiac G6 has a simular retracting roof now but now they have been discontinued when Pontiac went under this year.

  24. pulse0000 says:

By the way,They wouldn’t happen to have a early 70′s Plymouth Cuda there, would they?

  25. pulse0000 says:

    Really nice car.
